Infantlee Return & Refund Policy 

At Infantlee, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@infantlee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  • Please note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Breakable or marked-down items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products: Non-refundable unless defective.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Damages or Wrong Items

  • Please check your order upon arrival.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get a new item is to return your item first. Once approved, place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
