At Infantlee, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@infantlee.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

Breakable or marked-down items.

Personalized or custom-made products: Non-refundable unless defective.

Sale items and gift cards.
Damages or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return your item first. Once approved, place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
